Behind the Build: How We Redesigned a Florida Wellness Practice's Website

When a Florida-based holistic wellness practice came to us, they had no website at all — just a practice, a set of services, and no way for new clients to find them online or book a session. This is a look at what we built, and how we approached it.

The Starting Point

The client offers virtual wellness consultations, holistic healing services, and a small line of organic wellness products. Before working with us, none of this had an online home — no booking system, no way to explain services to a new visitor, and no presence on Google at all.

What We Built

We designed and built the site from scratch using a custom visual identity — a forest green and gold color palette meant to feel calming and premium rather than clinical. On top of the design, we added:

• A full services and specializations section explaining each offering clearly
• Integrated online booking so clients can schedule a session directly from the site
• An interactive breathing exercise widget and a guided wellness assessment tool
• A blog covering topics like sleep, gentle detox, and seasonal living, to help the site rank for the topics real clients search for
• A small e-commerce section for the practice's organic product line

The SEO Work

A good-looking site with no visibility doesn't bring in new clients. Alongside the build, we set up Google Search Console, submitted a sitemap, and did full on-page SEO — writing titles, descriptions, and content structured around the terms a potential client would actually search, like "virtual wellness Florida." The homepage went from a barely-indexable state to a fully optimized page within weeks of launch.

The Result

The practice now has a fully working, bookable, search-visible website where before there was nothing — plus a content engine (the blog) that keeps giving Google new reasons to crawl and rank the site over time.
